restless sleeping baby

My 3 month old is always in constant motion. Thats fine during the day but even at night when she's sleeping her arms fling out to the side, she's always grabbing at her hands, moving her head to the side etc....all the while she's sleeping though. She does make noises also. The doctors have told me its justthat shes a restless sleeper but somehow I can't accept that. Does this sound normal?
