My son is doing the same thing. He was asleep last night but seemed to be crying in his sleep as if having a nightmare. I can't stand that (I feel so bad for him) so I wake him up. But, lately he has been waking up at around 1am and standing up him his crib... he thinks its play time!!!!!!!!! : ( I was just starting to feel normal again with my sleep.... it there anything we can do to help them. He is teething... has one little tiny tooth on the bottom! I have given him Motrin and baby orajel (both last night) and neither seemed to help. He was restless all night. Any suggestions!! At least we know we are not alone!
