11 week old sleep & eating habits & schedule

should I have my baby on a schedule now. it seems as if he just randomly sleeps & eats & he stillis not sleeping through the night. he is on formula during the day & then breat & formula in the evening. should i feed him at certain times. it seems as if it is every three hours (4 ounces). also, should i wake him to feed him a little more so that he sleeps through the night. i am very confused & need help especially when i put him into child care I need to know what kind of schedule he is on to tell them. help!!!
