sleep problems

Posted by ducky on February 10, 2000 at 08:49:00:

my son who has just turned one is an extremely light sleeper.
he was born 10 wks early and stayed in the hospital for 2 months before coming home. i've always kept a radio on for his naps and never quieted my 3 year old or done things quietly around him.
i was wondering if there is anything i can do to make him a sounder sleeper.
i awake at 5am to go to work and if i'm not tiptoeing, he too awakes.
thanks for your time
