15 month old not sleeping HELP

my 15 month old son is up many times a night and has never been a good sleeper and has had numerous ear infections and has tubes since he was10 months old. we recently took him camping and came home at 1;30 in the am because he was up so many times he is also a lite sleeper we cannot even cover him up at night or hell wake hes very active so you would think he would sleep better. were exhausted please help.
