Baby Wise advise?

Are there any parents out there that have tried the Baby Wise techniques? I would love to get some advise on waketime lengths for a 10 week old.
Anyone who feels strongly against Baby Wise, please do not email me mean messages, I realize that this practice is not for everyone.
