Is my infant sleeping too much?

My son turned 3 mos on July 7. He sleeps 9-11 hours at night and nurses approximately 7-10 min per breast every 4-5 hours. He is active for about 1 hour after feeding and then becomes fussy until we rock him to sleep. He then sleeps until his next feeding. I just want to be sure that he isn't sleeping too much. Can you help me?
