10 MTH NOT SLEEPING

10 MTH OLD GIRL BUCKS ALL NIGHT LONG, SHE AWAKES IF I SNEEZE.SHE SLEEPS SO LIGHT. EVERY 15 TO 30 MIN SHE AWAKE. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING MUSIC, MY SHIRT, BATHING, FEEDING ALL BEFORE BED. CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE.
