Hello! Believe me, I'm no expert but I do know what boat you're in. First of all, I've learned with my daughter (now 7 months) that diapering wakes her up. So at bedtime, I cake her with Desitin and put a diaper on. At 4 months, my daughter was getting up about 8 times a night because of a stupid pacifier. I took that away and did the Ferber method and it worked like a miracle. Anyway, if you are not comfortable with that than make sure lights are low and don't play with her. If you think she's absolutley hungry than feed her, and rock her or put her down and see if letting her cry a little works. I know it sounds cruel. Like I said, I'm no expert but it sounds like your baby depends solely on you to go to sleep. How much does she sleep during the day and does she take a late nap? A strict bedtime routine may help as well. Well, good luck and I hope I don't sound like a know it all. believe me, I wish I did!
