My son has been using Carnation Alsoy for about 5 months (he's 9 months old now). He didn't have problems with anything but bad gas( I was breastfeeding). When I switched him to the Carnation, he had some constipation for about 2 weeks, but the gas problem went away. He's been using Alsoy for almost 5 months, problem free. He loves it, and I love the cost. It is $2.00 cheaper than any other formula. I highly recommend it!
