Baby's sleep interfering w/ marriage

I have been sleeping w/ my 6 mo old baby since birth. I love cuddling her and having her next to me when she wakes and wants to nurse, or just be cuddled. My husband sleeps in another room, of which he is ok with. However, if I get out of bed with the baby to go get into his bed to have a private moment, the baby wakes up 9 chances out of 10. Do any of you mothers have or had this problem? Any suggestions?
