Jeff,
If your child is waking up at night and not going back to sleep, perhaps he doesn't need two naps during the day? Try phasing out one of the naps and see if that helps. Also, 15 mos. is a typical age to be dealing with separation anxiety. Maybe you could try putting his crib in your room until he gets used to sleeping in it? This will at least save you from having to get up and down so much at night and maybe you all will sleep better!
