Has your pediatrician told you not to let your baby go longer than 4 hours between meals due to a problem, like him being underweight? If not,
I think the rule of thumbe is "never wake a sleeping baby". Unless of course there are concerns about his health, like I mentioned before
of him being small, and not thriving. If this isn't the case, let him sleep. Enjoy it! You could be creating a problem, like making your child become acustomed to waking at a certain time at night, and when he really should be sleeping through the night, he won't because it's not what he's used to.
