Sleep too much??

My little girl who is 3 months usually doesn't sleep during the day, which is fine because she sleeps well at night. But today she has been sleeping pretty much the whole day! She wakes up to eat, then goes right back to sleep! Could this be a growth spurt? (BTW she doesn't have a fever, so I don't think she is getting sick)
