My last baby (who is now 21 months) gave up the
a.m. nap around 12 months or so. I gradually
pushed the morning nap later and later. It got to the point where the morning nap was around
9:30 and then I had problems getting her down in
the afternoon -- it would be closer to 3:00. That's too late in the p.m. to be napping for our schedule!

It took a while (a good month or so) for her to adjust to the one nap a day and had to deal with
some crabbies most days until she completely adjusted.

Good luck!
