Nap Routines???

Posted by Sydni's Mommy on October 06, 2001 at 13:02:32:

Well it is me again! Sydni is doing wonderful now at night time, usually sleeping 10-12 hours at night...Now we have a napping problem. She has really never been a daytime napper. I KNOW she is tired by the way she fusses, but she will not nap. Once in a while she will cry for what seems like a lifetime and nothing will console her (Rocking, bouncing, singing), and she will eventually "pass out" on top of me, but the minute i move she wakes up. I realize she is a horrible napper because Mommy is always taking her out and about to show her off, but I am going to stop that for now, until she can learn to nap. I am planning to stay home for as long as it takes to get her on some kind of regiment.

My question is this...how do you do it??? We have a Superb night routine, but it includes bath, and I'm not about to give her 4 baths a day! So waht are your nap "routines" and how did you start????

Please Help!
Thanks!
Sydni's Mommy
