8 month old sleeping pattern-help

I have an 8 month old daughter. She is my first child. Before I started taking her to the babysitter she slept well. She has always slept with me. But lately for the past couple of weeks she is not sleeping well she will only sleep if I am holding and even then she moves a lot then when I go put her down she wakes right up. Even in my bed then I hold her again she goes to sleep then she turns and then wakes up again. She won't even take naps during the day. Any advice
