broken infant advantage nature's cradle

Hi. My colicy two month old has been using the nature's cradle (leftover from his older brother) since his fourth day of life. Now it seems to be dying and displays E3 on the console. He really can't sleep without it. Does anyone have any idea how to fix it? I know we're probably out of luck but figured it was worth a try. Thanks.
