baby not sleeping during day/not taking bottle

Posted by Dela on October 30, 2001 at 15:43:37:

My 8 wk old daughter will not nap during the day. Everyonce in a while she will nap for 2-3 hours, but that takes about 3 tries of actually getting her into a deep sleep. This all started when I started trying to get her to take a bottle (with breast milk). I'm back to work now and she still isn't taking the bottle well. She will eventually take it but only after she's cried for over an hour. I'm at a loss and my day care provider is about to pull her hair out. Any advice is appreciated.
