I am assuming that your daughter goes back to sleep if you nurse her? If so, is she crying because she wakes up if you put her back in her crib after nursing, or do you put her down awake?

You might want to think about getting a full size bed for your daughter's room. If she is used to sleeping in your bed, then you could lay down with her in her own room and get her gently back to sleep, and if you fall asleep there, it is not a big deal. A simple bedrail will keep her from falling out if you feel she needs the extra security.
