2-month-old won't sleep anywhere but bouncy seat..

Posted by ACR on November 05, 2001 at 16:29:04:

We've tried everything to get our two month old to sleep in her crib but she gets completely hysterical when we try to get her to sleep there. We tried putting a vibrating attachment/white noise machine on the crib and that didn't work. I tried making the space smaller using rolled up recieving blankets and my Boppy pillow but that didn't work. We tried soothing her/calming her (soothing bath, swaddling her, etc)but she gets so hysterical when we put her down in the crib (crying until she's bright red and sweating). She's now getting a little too big for the bouncy seat. Can someone, anyone offer any other advice for us - please !!
