Posted by Max'sMommy on November 07, 2001 at 11:05:58:How can I help my child adjust to Daylight Savings and "falling back" an hour?? No matter what time he goes to bed at night, he wakes up at 5 a.m. ready to play! All the rocking and singing in the world won't convince him to go back to sleep! This wouldn't be as much of a problem for us if he didn't wake for a bottle each night and sometimes several times a night because of his teeth! I'm exhausted, and so is he! He's not getting the recommended amount of sleep for his age, and I'm worried. We put him to bed by 7 p.m. every night, sometimes 6:30. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
