How did you discover that your baby had reflux? I have just noticed that sometimes during the day my son looks like he is gagging, then he starts to cry. The first thing I thought of was reflux, but since it was only during the day, I dismissed it. I never thought that could be keeping him awake during the day time (and the reason why he sleeps good on me in an upright position). I do try to get him back to bed within 2 hours of him waking, as someone suggested, but he will continously cry for as long as he's laying down. I've let him cry up to 45 minutes in his crib before getting him back up. I will have to check with his dr. about reflux. Thanks!
