crib side-car

Posted by sleepless mommy on November 07, 2001 at 20:55:52:

Just wanted to let everyone know that we switched to a side-car crib technique where you take off one side-rail and attach the crib securely to your adult bed. WOW, what an amazing difference. Mom, dad, and baby all sleep well. Baby (6 months) is sleeping through the night (11 hours) with only one night waking to eat. And the best part, she will play quietly in her "crib" when she wakes up, usually giving me an extra 15 to 30 minutes sleep. Kind of like a kiddy snooze button (hee hee). Maybe a coincidence, but I love it!
