Any Parents From Uk?

Hi I'm from South Wales in the Uk, have noticed a lot of parents from USA post messages on here. Am I an outsider, can I join in???? And can someone please answer my last posting 'been 2 years since I or my toddler slept' getting quite desperate now hahahahahah (thats hysterical laughter)
