Been seeing this name a lot on the forum. Can anyone tell me in a nutshell what his theories are with sleeping and infants. Right now my daughter, 4 months, is on a routine of eating, playing (she loves being awake after she eats! and is never sleepy after nursing), and then nap time. SHe naps for about 1 1/2 hours at least 3 times a day. But her nightsleep is not great. she still wakes to eat 2 times a night. We try patting her on the back and sometimes she drifts back off to sleep but most of the time she is wide awake and wanting to nurse. I put her to bed at 9:30. Could this be too late for her. HOw does this early bedtime rountine work. I just don't know if she would go down any earlier. Any ideas or suggestions. THanks
