The owner of the board appears to be against the ferber method so anytime anyone posts anything about letting a baby cry it gets deleted.

All I did was say that on this board you will get both sides of the coin. Those who believe in attachement parenting and those who follow the Ferber method.

I told her that she would have to decide for herself which one she believed in and make up her own mind.

If Ferber is for you than you have to be 100% convinced in your mind that you will be able to stick it out. If not, than dont do it. You will only cause yourself heartache and end up setting you and your baby even farther back.

If you do decide its for you...than in about 3 to 5 days you will see a difference. At least we sure did!

If the attachment parenting thing is for you than there is plenty of help on this board for that as well.

All you have to do is decide which one you think would work best for you and your baby and there will be lots of help here for you.
