Just to answer your questions rapidly..

- as to whether going to her at night to feed her if she is asleep. The answer is no. You let her decide when she needs to wake up. You are trying to work on a full night, so it is better to let her organize that her own way. Generally speaking, it is always a bad idea to wake up a baby. Only if there is an emergency!!!
- try to go on working on the bedtime hour, until you reach 7 or so.. As for the outings, it is up to you to decide, not me!! Or have a sitter may be???
- As for the milk supply, he won't be affected by the full night sleep.

I didn't follow all the recent events on this forum, but it seems to have become really 'bizarre'..
