7 Month Old Girl Groaning and Moaning During Sleep

Does anyone have any ideas why my little girl
moans and groans during sleep. This problem
just started after she had a cold and got over it.
Somenights are worse than others. She takes
3 naps a day for about 45-1hr. She does not wake
up during the moaning or groaning and a pacifier
helps.
