I meant that the procedure of putting him back to bed for a nap shouldn't last too long (therefore not interfering with the nap duration). This is just a detail..

May be, instead of using the swing, which might get him used to fall asleep with an artificial device' (rocking motion), I would choose to take him out in the stroller. That way both of you would take fresh air, and this would help to go smoothly to the next feeding.

Try not to feed him every two hours, except if he would be really hungry!

But yes, everybody was right, nap duration will change, for sure, in a month or two!
