You need to watch her sleeping. Should not be sleeping on her stomach (increased risk for SIDS) and if the is sleeping on her stomach with her bottom in the air, it is a sign of a problem breathing and sleeping.

Sleep should be effortless and quiet. Like the saying, sleeping like a baby, there should be no effort seen, no sweating, no sounds at all. A problem breathing can cause Reflux.

If any of these problems are present you should have her sleep evaluated by an infant sleep specialist.
