Have you tried just moving the morning nap a little later each day for a few days? What I ended up doing was pushing her 15 min each day for a few days, then another 15 min for a few more days until I got to about 4 hrs of of wake time after wake up for the day.

This is just what worked for us. I used an earlier bedtime (6:30pm) to compensate for her being up so long in the afternoon.

Hope this helps! -Sue
