Can you tell me more about what her "schedule" is like-when you try for naps, etc. I can try to help you w/ that info, but I really am not an expert. I have done so much research b/c my dd had the EXACT same problems as you seem to be having. I will look at her logs and see, but if I remember correctly, she did the same short naps, we did early bedtime, she started getting up early, but eventually it all panned out.

I will post more once I have your schedule.
