I would say that you need to find the cause of the wakings. Having had 3 children, 2 of which behaved similarly. Both of my sons had reflux which woke them often. My first son was to the point that he would literally wake every 15 min. day and night. We were both exhausted. It took some constant badgering to get the pediatrician to do anything about it because he was growing well and not spitting up but we ended up get a ph probe (measures the amount of acid in the esophagus) and he had a severe case of it and once we started treating it it improved greatly. It took a bit to get him out of the habit of waking every 2 hours or so but even that was better than every 15 min.
If she isn't crying a lot when she wakes up then I don't know that it is reflux but there is something that is waking her. How does she do at night? If she sleeps at night then I would suspect a noise or something that only occurs during the day. You must really be a detective and figure it out. There is something that is different. It could be the amount of light going into her room.
