HELP!

My 8 month old baby has slept well during the day since 4 months old. He has been napping at 9am for 1-2 hours and then another nap at 12.30/1 for 1 hour. sometimes he'll have a shorter nap at 4.30/5pm.

All of a sudden he is resisting the midday nap in his cot and Ive left him to self soothe but he just cries and cries. Im thinking it might be one of these three things- hot weather, teething or separation anxiety???

He is definately tired so I doubt if hes ready for one nap only. Ive even tried varying the time but I am so FRUSTRATED now.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation and got any advice-Thanx
