I have a 3 month old that until last week was sleeping through the night. now she is up at least 2 or three times a night. i have been following dr. wiessbluth's advice about only keeping her up AT THE MOST 2 hours. she has never really been a happy girl but now she is grumpy all day. she will not take decent naps and will not nap anywhere but her crib. anyone have any advice as to how i can help her and save my sanity.
