10 month old wont sleep !

I noticed lots of these similar but no replies so I hope someone can help. My 10 month old daughter wont go to sleep on her own and wakes at least 3 times during the night. Weve tried controlled crying since 14 weeks and doesnt work as she gets in such a state she vomits in her cot. Weve stuck to the same routine of tea, bath, bottle and bed by 7 oclock for four months now. She goes down awake but wont settle on her own, we end up taking her out of her cot to settle her after an hour of screaming just for the peace. During the night she wakes screaming and we have to settle her in our bed and put her back in her cot as soon as she falls asleep...sometimes it works other nights it wont.
Ive recently got an evening job so my poor husband has to endure the bed rountine for 3 nights on his own. We havent had a nights unbroken sleep for 4 or 5 months now and its taking its toll.....please someone help....
