Hello all,
I wonder can someone give some advice?
My 3 year old has slept 12 hours a night from 3 months old up until 3 nights ago. Suddenly she woke at 12.30 and came out of her room into us (walking through a pitch dark room). When I took her back she became very upset. This has continued with 3/5 wakings a night.
I have aked her what is wrong but I get mixed answers like.."I'm not tired, I miss you, I might wake up,"
We are due to move house next week and am well aware that this could be the ultimate reason but wondered if anyone had any ideas to help her feel more secure in the meantime.
