Well it seems I have answered my own question.
It would appear that after the 1st night of waking my little one discovered very quickly that if she crys mummy comes in.
I made a deal with her involving stickers for staying in bed and with promises to come back and check on her later she has gone back to her normal sleeping habits.last night she called once but went back to sleep on her own!
