My baby used to sleep through from 8:30
ish to 7am in the last month she has started to wake after 1 hour of going down and stays wide awake for about 2 hours - she does not look for a bottle and usually wont take it. When seh does wake around 9 she is tired and needs to go back to be at 10 and again 2 more times during the day - how can i get her back to her old routine
