14 months old started daycare a month ago, and her sleep (nap and night) become so difficult! It takes more than 30 minutes to get into sleep at night(seems she always turns into not-sleep and excited at our big bed...), and a quite while for nap and the nap is very short(1 hour also).

any advice will be greatly appreciated!
