Sorry for the delay in my reply-my baby is very fussy and the last weeks have been crazy
Thanks for taking the time to reply
We have in the meanwhile made the video and talked with our doctor
We have tried again to compare these sounds while he was either sleeping in the boppy, bassinet or car seat. In the end we think that he has reflux. When is sleeping at night he keeps his eyes closed even while brreastfeeding (5-10 min max every 1h30 min) so I do not burp him which would contribute. The curious fact is that these noises started around 4AM... which is usually the time that I changed breast (which were already full of milk by not using it for feeding during 5 hours) - I think this made my baby not being able to properly take it (I even think that some milk may go in the nose direction making more difficult also to breath)
Now, he is sleeping (still in the boppy..) for 10/12 hours in this sleepy mode with almost no "noises" since I started to either pump milk before feeding or by burping him and keep him up for a few minutes after the feeding
Well, that what seems to be working in the last weeks
