Just something to add to JohnsRDHmom. Until your infant is around 6 months old they do not have a circadian rhythm and need to sleep when they are sleepy and need to eat when they are hungry. Putting them on a schedule at this age can be harmful to their health.

Gary Ezzo has no credentials and does not have a medical degree. It is my opinion that using his method before your infant is 6 months old can be dangerous.

There is no appropriate wake-time at this age, it varies widely from one infant to another.
