Baby still cries before every sleep

My beautiful new baby girl (5 1/2 mths) cries herself to sleep for every nap, every night and has been like this for a month. The only time she doesn't is if she accidently falls asleep on the bottle. She will even cry in my arms. If I stay with her and try to comfort her, it seems to bug her and takes longer for her to fall asleep in her crib (crying the whole time). She cries when her sisters wake her to early from a nap and then will fall back asleep. This is painful for me. She is a trained cryer and I have no idea what to do. She also wakes at about 5:00 am almost every morning (crying) so I give her bottle in bed with us and she goes back to sleep in her crib until about 7:00am. Can't let her cry that one out because she will wake her sisters and really she went to bed a 6:30pm if I let her cry too much she would just really wake up. Please help.
