My 10 month old son has suddenly become a very restless sleeper. He has slept through the night from when he was 3 months old, but in the past three weeks or so things have changed. He crawls around his cot in his sleep, and sometimes even stands up. He is constantly changing positions, from back to side to tummy, and often ends up lying sideways or backwards in his cot. He also wails and cries, but generally finds his dummy and calms himself. Nothing has changed in terms of his routine and I don't know what could be causing this.
