Thank you Lori and John for you advice. I never thought I had insomnia. People told me that I was lazy, and doctors and psychiatrists told me that I just have to set an alarm and wake up. I didn't know why it is so hard for me to do what everyone else is doing every day without much effort. I thought it was me. I guess I don't have to blame myself too much. I'll look into some books like you suggested. Thank you.
