Stage one and two sleeping only...??
Posted by lastoneup on November 27, 1998 at 18:30:21:What does it mean if you spend eight hours a night in stage one sleep, with occasional brief forays into stage two sleep? Is this connected with some sort of condition? Has anyone heard of this? It is not in conjunction with any apnea. Obviously I never really feel I am sleeping. At most I feel like I am half awake, half asleep, and seem to have some dreams even.
