Lori is right, I personally have become a more compassionate person because of my struggles with insomnia. We many times judge people for things they can't help or control. I try to no longer do this. This condition does want to make me fight for what I truly believe in, but God it takes a lot out of you. I wish life didn't always have to be such a struggle. It has been like this for me ever since I've developed insomnia, but at least I know now I'm not alone.
