The only problem I have with Learned Condition Insomnia is that we wouldn't have a fear of not falling asleep if we had been able to fall asleep in the past. Therfore, our fear comes from the tthing that the theory says we have created for ourselves, Insomnia. It's like which came first, Not being able to sleep, or not being able to sleep? See what I mean?
