You have already tackled one of the hardest parts of having aloved one with sleep disorder, you recognize and understand it. Please take the following as advise only. You must now tell him you told us; you miss the man you fell in love with. So many people (men more than women) will not adress personal problems in order to better themselves. He probably sees himself in a different light than he used to. However, some people will take great strides to make their loved ones happier (or happy again). It's the provider complex. Create a situation which if comfortable for him to be open, and discuss this with him. I know the trials and tribulations of watching a loved one turn for the worse. In summary, read these posts, look for other forums which may be more pertenant, and most of all talk with him, tell him that you are becoming an unhappy person. See if he will do it for you. Keep us posted, we all care here.
